Registration is required for both OPD consultations and hospital admissions.

Reception services are available 24 hours a day, ensuring assistance at any time.

Patients are requested to carry their registration document during every visit for smooth processing and medical record management.


Admission Procedure

If a doctor recommends hospital admission for treatment, the required formalities must be completed at the Admission Counter.

Admissions may also be done through the Emergency Department in urgent situations. In such cases, the emergency medical officer may advise immediate admission.

During admission, patients or their attendants may be asked basic medical and personal details to ensure proper treatment and documentation.

The treating doctor will inform you about the expected duration of hospitalization, and an advance deposit may be required at the time of admission.

The entire admission process usually takes approximately 30 minutes.


Corporate & Insurance Patients

Patients covered under corporate or insurance plans should provide:

• Authorization letter from the company or insurance provider
• Valid identity and insurance documents
• Any necessary approvals from the Third Party Administrator (TPA)

Treatment will be provided according to the coverage approved by the insurance or corporate organization.
